Joint venture for valve train systems

Mercedes-Benz AG incorporates the Bad Homburg plant, with its 650-strong workforce, into a joint venture with Mahle-Wizemann-Pleuco (MWP). The legally and financially autonomous company EuroVal Motorkomponenten GmbH specialises in the development and manufacture of complete valve train systems for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
