DaimlerChrysler and Caterpillar cooperate

DaimlerChrysler and Caterpillar Inc. sign a framework agreement on a global alliance in which each party will have a 50 % interest. The two companies are looking to work together in the future development, production, sale of medium-duty engines, fuel systems and other powertrain components.
