Hanns Klemm takes over the management of the aircraft design office at Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft in Sindelfingen. He designs the Daimler L 11 fighter plane and the L 14 reconnaissance aircraft, but neither of these see actie service.

A single-seater L 14 Daimler fighter aircraft. This is a further development of the L 11 and also an externally-braced high-wing aircraft. The addition of a movable slat means that this very lightly-built aircraft can achieve speeds of over 190 km/h (118 mph).
