Founding of Mercedes-Benz Minibusse GmbH

Karl Koch GmbH is renamed Mercedes-Benz Minibusse GmbH after being taken over completely by EvoBus GmbH on 1 January. The headquarters of the new company is moved to the Dortmund plant.
