The one millionth M-Class SUV leaves the production line of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama/USA. The milestone vehicle, a particularly fuel-efficient ML 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC, goes to a dealer on the west coast of the US.
