Frankfurt: Mercedes-Benz shows the road to the future

    Mercedes-Benz presents a unique variety of fuel-efficient models with intelligently combined drive system technologies at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt am Main. On the "Road to the Future", the brand unveils its agenda for the automotive future with 19 new models, including seven hybrid vehicles from five model series. The F 700 research vehicle previews the future of the luxurious touring saloon. With a spacious interior and active PRE-SCAN chassis, it not only stands for top-quality ride comfort; the innovative DIESOTTO engine additionally enables extremely low fuel consumption of only 5.3 litres per 100 km. The new Estate model of the 204 series C-Class and the 336 kW / 457 hp C 63 AMG, shown as both Saloon and Estate, as well as the SLR McLaren Roadster, also have their premiere.
