Building complex on Potsdamer Platz sold

Optimising its portfolio by focusing on the core business, Daimler AG sells its building complex at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin to SEB Asset Management. The site encompasses 500,000 sq m and 19 buildings. The group will continue to make long-term use of half of the office space at Potsdamer Platz. The closing of the transaction, which is subject to approval by the antitrust authorities, is expected for the end of the first quarter of 2008.
