Restructuring of the Daimler Hero Commercial Vehicles Ltd. joint venture in India

Daimler AG and India's Hero Group announce that the Daimler Hero Commercial Vehicles Ltd. joint venture is to be dissolved. The Hero Group will focus on its core business operations and return its 40 % stake in the joint venture to Daimler Trucks.
