Subsidiary DEBEOS sold

DaimlerChrysler AG informs the media that it has sold its subsidiary DaimlerChrysler Objektmanagement und Service GmbH (DEBEOS) with effect from 1 October to the Copenhagen-based Danish company ISS Facility Services. DEBEOS operates in the technology, gastronomy, media, logistics, security and manpower services sectors as well as hotels. A total of 581 employees work for DEBEOS, which generated sales of € 94.5 million in 2005.
