MBB approves majority holding

The Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Supervisory Board of Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm AG (MBB) agree to Daimler-Benz taking a majority interest. MBB becomes a subsidiary of Deutsche Aerospace AG.
