New arrangements for company pensions

The management and Central Works Council of Daimler AG sign a general company agreement on a new company old-age pension system. For the 140,000 employees covered by the union contract, as of January 2009 the Daimler Vorsorge Kapital programme will supersede the Daimler-Benz Rente.
