Production of the 28/32 hp car, the idea for which came from Emil Jellinek and was named after his second daughter, begins shortly afterwards at Österreichische Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft in Wiener Neustadt. However, with the "Maja" Jellinek is unable to match the sales success he achieved with the Mercedes. Another new vehicle unveiled in Vienna is the Mercédès Mixte bus with 45 hp / 33 kW petrol engine and electric wheel hub drive.
