Adtranz integrated in DaimlerChrysler AG

DaimlerChrysler and ABB announce their decision to integrate the joint venture Adtranz into the business portfolio of DaimlerChrysler. To this end DaimlerChrysler takes over the 50 % share previously held by ABB.
