Daimler-Benz acquires Dornier shares

The Baden-Württemberg state authorities help to create the contractual foundations for the acquisition of a majority stake in the Dornier Group. After the Federal Antitrust Office gives its approval on 7 June, Daimler-Benz AG acquires 66.5 % of Dornier shares.
