Two new subsidiaries to be established in China

DaimlerChrysler AG and its partners Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Company Ltd. (BAIC), Fujian Motor Industry Group (FJMG), and China Motor Corporation (CMC) sign the contracts at the Bremen passenger car plant to establish two new joint ventures for the production of Mercedes-Benz cars and vans in China.
