debis and Deutsche Telekom become partners

The DaimlerChrysler subsidiary debis and Deutsche Telekom agree to concentrate their activities in the field of information technology in a joint venture. To this end, Deutsche Telekom takes a 50.1 % interest in debis Systemhaus by way of a capital increase.
