At the Tokyo Motor Show, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) presents its current truck and bus models for the Japanese market, as well as the "Canter Eco-D" concept study, which permits a glimpse of the future application of hybrid technology in commercial vehicles. The futuristically designed dump truck has an electrically driven tipping device, which uses the vehicle’s hybrid drive and can therefore be operated with little noise and locally free of emissions.
