Company for valve train system manufacture

Mercedes-Benz AG and future joint venture Mahle-Wizemann-Pleuco (MWP) announce their intention to form a company which will develop, produce and market valve train systems for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Mercedes-Benz will bring the Bad Homburg plant into the new company.
