    The Mercedes-Benz Nürburg 460 (W 08) makes its debut at the Paris Motor Show. The model presented is a revised version with more elegant bodywork and a low frame. The Mercedes-Benz 350 Mannheim (W 10), a further development of the 14/60 hp 3.5-litre model first built in 1928, is also unveiled.

Mercedes-Benz 18/80 hp Nürburg 460 (W 08), Pullman saloon with a 4.6-litre eight-cylinder M 08 engine and 80 hp / 59 kW, the first standard eight-cylinder passenger car at Mercedes-Benz. Between 1928 and 1933, 2893 vehicles of the series were built.
