Daimler to become principal shareholder of Tognum AG

The Supervisory Board of Daimler AG approves the company's plans to buy 22.3 % of shares of Tognum AG to make it the new principal sharerholder. The transaction is to be completed in the third quarter of the year, once approval is obtained from the antitrust and other authorities.
