Preparations for smart-Brabus GmbH

Micro Compact Car smart GmbH, Renningen, and Brabus GmbH, Bottrop, sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the intention of forming a joint company called smart-Brabus GmbH. Both parent companies will hold a 50 % stake in the resulting company.
