Joint venture for fuel cell devcelopment

Daimler AG together with Ford Motor Company and Ballard Power Systems sets up Automotive Fuel Cell Corporation and takes a 50.1 % stake in the company. Ballard Power Systems transfers its automobile division to the new company, which devotes itself to fuel cell applications in the automotive sector.
