Mexico: share in licensed manufacturer

Daimler-Benz acquires a 49 % holding in the Mexican company Fábrica de Autotransportes Mexicana S.A. (FAMSA), which is involved in the production and sale under licence of medium-duty commercial vehicles and bus chassis.
