Steyr-Daimler-Puch group created in Austria

Following the approval for the merger with Austro-Daimler-Puch-Werke Aktiengesellschaft voted at the Annual General Meeting of Steyr-Werke AG on 12 October 1934, Steyr-Daimler-Puch Aktiengesellschaft, based in Steyr, Austria, is entered into the commercial register in Vienna. The merger thus becomes legally effective.
