Mercedes-Benz Axor 3240 construction vehicle 4-axle, concrete mixer, 2005.
New lightweight Axor construction-trade vehicles from Mercedes-Benz: 6x4 and 8x4 drive configurations - optimised payload. As cost pressure continues to rise, payload is becoming an increasingly important factor, not least for haulage companies involved in the construction sector. The new Axor trucks for the construction industry provide up to 450 kg more payload (or up to 250 kg in the case of the concrete mixer) than a comparable truck designed primarily with traction (all-wheel drive), overload capability and rough terrain in mind.
