Joint venture: under one roof with Porsche

Mercedes-Benz AG and Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche AG form CTS Fahrzeugdachsysteme GmbH in Hamburg, in which the two partners hold an equal interest. Mercedes-Benz brings to the joint venture its Roof Systems Product Competence Center in Hamburg, Porsche its Roof System Development and Manufacturing operation.
