Customer call center opened in Maastricht

Daimler-Benz opens the Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht in the Netherlands. The CAC attends to Mercedes-Benz customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, responding to emergency calls, providing round-the-clock service, answering inquiries and dealing with complaints.
