New pressing plant in Kuppenheim

    After a construction time of only 12 months, the press plant in Kuppenheim was ceremoniously opened as a new annexe of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Gaggenau. The new location produces around 600 different components which are supplied to the plants in Rastatt, Wörth, Aksaray/Turkey and Kecskemét/Hungary for truck and car production. It will employ 280 personnel when full capacity is reached.
