Daycare center opened at parent plant Untertürkheim

In the presence of Federal Minister for Family Affairs Dr Ursula von der Leyen and Daimler Board of Management Chairman Dr Dieter Zetsche, the first Daimler "sternchen" daycare centre is opened in Stuttgart at the gates of the Untertürkheim plant. This kicks off the initiative to open such centres at all major Daimler locations in Germany to promote the return of women to professional careers.
